Key Deck Mechanics

This deck introduces a distinct synergy built around keeping a massive hand size, punishing your opponent with bounce effects, and overwhelming them with multiple attacks.

• Hand Size Synergy: Many cards in the deck activate or get a Power (DP) boost when you have 8 or more cards in your hand. For instance, the inherited effects of DemiVeemon (ST8-01) and Gabumon (ST8-02) give your Digimon $+1000$ DP during battles if your hand is sufficiently stocked.

• Bouncing/Removal: Digimon like Veedramon (ST8-05) allow you to return an opponent’s Level 3 Digimon to their hand when attacking, cleanly clearing their board without triggering deletion effects.

• The Ace — UlforceVeedramon (ST8-10): The boss monster of the deck focuses on Un-suspending (re-activating) itself when you use an Option card, letting you attack multiple times in a single turn.
