Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
Standard bank transfers that take up to 24 hours are not accepted. Only instant Osko-enabled bank transfers are accepted.
9. Shipping
We deliver throughout Australia and selected international destinations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, public holidays, customs inspections, or severe weather.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.
10. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are supplied based on manufacturer release schedules.
Release dates are estimates and may change without notice.
If a release is delayed by the manufacturer or distributor, your order will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
11. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products:
- Opened booster packs, booster boxes, and sealed products cannot be returned simply because the desired cards were not obtained.
- Defective or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
12. Gift Cards
Gift Cards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
- May be used until their expiry date, if applicable.
- Are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
